Why Install the PointCross Certificate?

Installing the PointCross Certificate is necessary to verify and validate user's signed certificate securely issued by our internal Certificate Authority. This ensures that digitally signed documents verified and trusted.

Installation Steps:

1. Locate the downloaded certificate file on your device.
2. Double-click the certificate file to open the Certificate Import Wizard.
3. Select "Local Machine" as the store location (recommended).
4. Choose "Place all certificates in the following store" and click "Browse."
5. Select "Trusted Root Certification Authorities" and click "OK."
6. Click "Next," then "Finish" to complete the import.
7. Repeat above steps for installing both certificates.

Important Notes:

• Only download and install certificates from trusted sources.
• Keep your root certificates updated according to instructions from the certificate provider.
